18 Months!

Happy 18 Months to our precious Ryan! A whole year and a half has passed and boy has it flown. It has been the fastest 18 months of my life and that is no understatement. What a precious gift from God Ryan is. We couldn't have asked for a better little boy.

Some of Ryan's latest milestones and abilities include:

Words: dog, bus, cat, 'mon' (come on), Ginger, Pu-Ni (Sputnik), Mama, Dada, Daddy, Mommy, baby, ga-ma (grandma), goo gul (good girl), bess woo (bless you)...and many more that I can't think of.

Signs: He signs "milk" when he wants his milk or any drink. He knows "more" and signs "please". We tell him to 'ask nicely' and he'll start signing please...so cute!

Animal Sounds: Ryan can moo like a cow, baa like a sheep, and roar like a tiger when asked.

Skills: He understands almost anything we tell him. It's amazing how much that little brain is processing.

1.He will go get his shoes when we ask him to so we can go outside.

2. He is using a fork pretty well now. We are still working on the spoon.

3. He can point out all of our family members by face in photos when we name them.

4. He loves to run, sort things, color with crayons, play on the playground at the park, play with his friends, and has such a joy for life.

5. He loves to 'help' feed Sputnik. He runs to her food bin, opens it, and hands me the scoop at her dinner time.

6. He loves Sputnik to death and when he pets her, he will say, "Good Girl".
