So, little man has lately been spouting words like crazy! Every day it seems he has something new to say. He has even started using 2-word phrases! Here are some of his latest:
1. Bus hee (bus here)- He loves the school bus. Every morning at breakfast, this is what he says (it was just "bus"). He will drop whatever he is playing with in the afternoons to run to the front window when he hears that diesel engine roar past the house. Too cute!
2. Down pease (down please)-This boy wants nothing to do with being held anymore. He wants to run. He wants down all the time. He always wants out of his booster seat the instant he finishes a meal. He always says, down down. I always say, "Down please". He's picked it up...smart little guy ;-)
3. No mo (mo more)- He definitely lets us know when he's finished or when he just plain doesn't want anything to eat.
4. All gah (all gone)- Even when I finish a yogurt cup, he will tell me it's all gone..stinker!
5. Uh-oh, man down!- Don't even ask where this came from. He started with uh-oh. Then he started saying man down after it one day. It's hilarious.
6. Oh boy- he only does this one on rare occassion now.
7. Airplane- he can spot one at 40,00 feet!
8. Emmo (Elmo)- He finally learned to say his best buddy's name.
9. Eeo (Leo)- the name of his Lion push-toy.
10. Daaa-eeee (Daddy)- He loves to call for Daa-eee the minute Mike leaves a room...too funny!
11. Uppa (Up)- He always wants up in your lap to read a book.
12. Amby (Lamby)- his bedtime snuggle buddy.
13. Side (outside)- He will bring me his shoes and say, "side, side" when he wants to go out.
14. Mommy- He still says Mama, but Mommy is mostly used now :-)
15. Bic-a-bee (Peek-a-boo)- He loves a good game of Peek-a-boo. Silly monkey!
16. Dit-dee (Cristy)- His Auntie Cristy, my sister.
17. Ga-ma (Grandma)
18. Bye- His absolute favorite word ever.
19. Hi
20. Ginger -our cat
21. Pu-ni (Sputnik)- the dog
22. tu-kee (turkey)
23. bad (bread)

What a smartie pants! Isn't it amazing what they find interesting (the bus) and what they are able to communicate?! I just love it!
