This is me at my sister's wedding in September 2011 with full-blown Cushing's Syndrome.
This is me today in the same dress. I am 19 1/2 weeks post adrenalectomy. The dress is a size 26 and I can now take it off without even unzipping it!!!! I am down 23 lbs. and down to 17.5 mg of hydrocortisone. Life is more normal. I still have lots of pain from weaning the steroids, but I have more energy and sleep through each night. Slowly, but surely life is returning!
